We are inter- <br />ested in what is going to be shoved down our <br />throats. They say that this bill is going to <br />integrate water, the surface water and the <br />groundwater, but the biggest share of the <br />state is irrigated with surface water. There <br />is lots of the state, in my opinion anyway, <br />that is not having any well trouble. These <br />bills that are being put out here to, and it <br />is just what it says, recodify and it's <br />recodification of your surface water too in <br />these places where they are not having any <br />well problems. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I guess that I didn't get up on the same <br />
