Johnson appointing Teller Ammons as a member of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, as follows: <br /> <br />- -.~-..-.- --- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE ORDER. <br />Member <br />Colorado Water Conservation BOard <br /> <br />ORDERED : <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />That Teller Ammons of Denver, Colorado, <br /> <br />be and he hereby is appointed a member of the <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of <br /> <br />Byron G. Rogers, for a term expiring May 12, 1953. <br /> <br />GIVEN under my hand and the Executive Seal this <br /> <br />Eighth day of December, A. D. 1950. <br /> <br />Walter W. Johnson <br /> <br />Governor <br /> <br />Fonner Governor Ammons was introduced (\;0 the Board as a new member <br />appointed from the City and County of Denver to replace Byron "G. "Rogers. <br />Mr. Rogers resigned because of his recent election to Congress. As Gov- <br />ernor, Mr. Ammons served as the first chairman of the Board. The Board <br />was created during his administration as a part of his program. <br /> <br />" Miss Ann Landy of the Attorney General's office administered the <br />Oath of Office to Mr. Ammons. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, llliristian (Chris) Wallrich, who died at Lenver, Colo- <br />rado on December 6, 1950, served as a member of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board from the 13th day of July 1937 to the 16th day <br />of September 1949, when his successor, A. E. "Headlee qualified as <br />a member of the Board; and during all of such time he acted, under <br />designation by the Board, as its Vice Chairman; and, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. E. Headlee offered and moved the adoption of the following Resolution: <br />
