Consideration of report and action which may be taken by the Board on <br />proposed change in plans for Chatfield Reservoir, a feature of the, <br />authorized South Platte Flood Control Project. (This includes a r.eport <br />on meetings held by Board staff with interested local groups in the <br />South Platte Valley and submission of a resolution adopted by local <br />interests at these meetings). ' <br /> <br />10. Consideration of status of report on proposed Colorado River Storage <br />Project; plans for preparation of final and official Colorado Connnents <br />thereon; plans for holding he:1rings for obtaining view of local, <br />affected interests (reference is made to memorandum sent to members of <br />the Board on this subject, dated ~cember 6, 1950); submission to <br />Board of certain resolutions received by the Director from interests <br />in Western Colorado; and report by Director on contacts made by him with <br />interests in the Western part of the State concerning access road to <br />proposed Echo Park unit of Colorado River Storage Project. <br /> <br />11. Consideration of arrangements for meeting of Board early in January, <br />when State Legislature is in session, to prOvide for discussion by <br />experts in the field of problems incident to artificial precipitation <br />(rain making). <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Report of Jean S. Breitenstein, Attorney, and R. M. Gildersleeve, Chief <br />Engineer, on progress made since last, Board meeting with respect to <br />Laramie River and negotiations with interested water users in Colorado <br />and wi th State officials of Wyoming. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Report of Jean S. Breitenstein respecting North Platte river investiga- <br />tions by Bureau of Reclamation and the status of considerations by <br />Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado, concerning proposed Glendo Project on <br />the North Platte. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Report of R. J. Tipton, Consulting Engineer of the Board, concerning the <br />statui! of investigations with respect to t he proposed' NarrOW's Reservoir <br />on the South Pia~te River. <br /> <br />15. Report on participation by Colorado in the pending investigation for a <br />plan of comprehensive development on the Arkansas4Vhite-Red River Basin. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />16. Report by Jean S. Breitenstein, Attorney, concerning application of <br />land limitations provisions of the Federal Reclamation laws under .the <br />San Luis Valley project. <br /> <br />17. Report on status and plans during present fiscal year relstive to <br />comprehensive basin-wide investigations on tributaries of Colorado <br />river in Western Colorado. <br /> <br />18. ~uch other matters as may come before the Board. <br />
