9. Consideration of report and action which may be taken by the Board on
proposed change in plans for Chatfield Reservoir, a feature of the,
authorized South Platte Flood Control Project. (This includes a r.eport
on meetings held by Board staff with interested local groups in the
South Platte Valley and submission of a resolution adopted by local
interests at these meetings). '

10. Consideration of status of report on proposed Colorado River Storage
Project; plans for preparation of final and official Colorado Connnents
thereon; plans for holding he:1rings for obtaining view of local,
affected interests (reference is made to memorandum sent to members of
the Board on this subject, dated ~cember 6, 1950); submission to
Board of certain resolutions received by the Director from interests
in Western Colorado; and report by Director on contacts made by him with
interests in the Western part of the State concerning access road to
proposed Echo Park unit of Colorado River Storage Project.

11. Consideration of arrangements for meeting of Board early in January,
when State Legislature is in session, to prOvide for discussion by
experts in the field of problems incident to artificial precipitation
(rain making).

Report of Jean S. Breitenstein, Attorney, and R. M. Gildersleeve, Chief
Engineer, on progress made since last, Board meeting with respect to
Laramie River and negotiations with interested water users in Colorado
and wi th State officials of Wyoming.

13.

Report of Jean S. Breitenstein respecting North Platte river investiga-
tions by Bureau of Reclamation and the status of considerations by
Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado, concerning proposed Glendo Project on
the North Platte.

14.

Report of R. J. Tipton, Consulting Engineer of the Board, concerning the
statui! of investigations with respect to t he proposed' NarrOW's Reservoir
on the South Pia~te River.

15. Report on participation by Colorado in the pending investigation for a
plan of comprehensive development on the Arkansas4Vhite-Red River Basin.

16. Report by Jean S. Breitenstein, Attorney, concerning application of
land limitations provisions of the Federal Reclamation laws under .the
San Luis Valley project.

17. Report on status and plans during present fiscal year relstive to
comprehensive basin-wide investigations on tributaries of Colorado
river in Western Colorado.
