The meeting was called to order at 10:10 A.M. by Vice Chairman George
J. Bailey.

The Agenda for the meeting follows:

1. Making part of the record the appointment 01' Teller Ammons as a member
of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to succeed Byron G. Rogers,
who has resigned as a member 01' the Board.

(a) Administering of oath to Teller Ammons.

2. Resolution concerning the late Christian (Chris) Wallric~, "formerly a
member of the Colorado Water Conservation Board.

3. Consideration. of approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of the -Board
held on June 15 and 16, 1950 and of July 10, 1950.

4. Submission of report by Director of the Board and consideratiol! ot:
matters therein contained.

5. Board Administrative matters:

(a) Budget, biennium July 1, 1951 to June 36, 1953.
(b) Change in Board's staff since last meeting.
(c) Reclassification of members on engineering s tarf.
(d) Printing of report on Colorado Water Resources.' "
(e) Status and plans for comprehensive report, now under p~e~ration
on Colorado resources and problems incident thereto.
(f) Other administrative matters which may come before the Board.

6. Report on action of Upper Colorado River Conunission and Arkansas River
Compact Administration concerning budget estimates and reques"ts for
biennium July 1, 1951 to June 30, 1953 and other matters considered
and acted upon at recent meetings of these two compact administrat'ive
bodies. .

7. Report by nirecto"r and Jean S. Breitenstein relating to Federai
reclamation policies considered and acted upon at last annual con-
vention of National Reclamation Association.

8. Report and consideration of status of th'e proposed principies of
operation approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board submitted
for inclusion in project report by Bureau of Reclamation on Fr,y'ine
PaJ1-Arkansas Project. " .
