Stream & Lake Protection-New Appropriations (Contested) Water Division 2- <br />Fourmile Creek (Teller & Fremont Counties) <br />Tapel, Start/Stop 5318 -5865 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn and seconded by David Smith to hold a <br />hearing on the contested instream flow applications. The hearing would <br />begin after the conclusion of the September 2000Board meeting and may go <br />into the 27m if needed. The Board selected Assistant Attorney General <br />Jennifer Gimbel to act as the hearing officer. The motion was approved <br />unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />8b. Stream and Lake Protection - New Appropriations (Contested) - Water Division 2- <br />Oil Creek (Teller County) <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 5318 - 5865 <br />Action: Included in 8a. above <br /> <br />9a-f. Stream and Lake Protection- New Appropriations (Uncontested) - Water Division 5 <br />Northwater Creek (Gar fiend County) Raspberry Creek to Trapper Creek <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 5860 - 6509 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn and seconded by Patricia Wells to adopt <br />the staff recommendations to request the Attorney General to file water <br />rights applications on uncontested appropriations in Water Division 5. <br />The Board noted that the intent to the appropriate instream flow water <br />rights formed and is based upon the technical information presented by <br />staff on January 26, 2000.
