Water Supply Planning & Finance - Small Project Loans Plum & <br />Dailey Ditch Company - Diversion Structure <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop 4857 - 5060 <br />Action: A motion was made by David Smith and seconded by Patricia Wells to <br />accept staff recommendation that Plumb and Daily Ditch Company be <br />granted a loan from the Small Project Loan Account for diversion repair. <br />The loan is not to exceed $42,000 for up to 90% of the costs to rehabilitate <br />the Company's diversion structure on Boulder Creek. The term would be <br />20 years with a recommended lending rate of 3.75%.
