Dugan." <br /> <br />"Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Nembers of the <br />Board, ladies and gentlemen, we have filed a <br />written report and in the interests of time <br />I'll give you the highlights of it. <br /> <br />The report on the Narrows unit is being <br />prepared at this time. We have received the <br />information from all of the federal agencies <br />that are participating in the planning of this <br />unit. We hope that by the end of the month <br />we will have our report in shape to permit us <br />to accomplish our internal reviews and very <br />soon after present the report for informal <br />information. I am very pleased with what <br />appears to be the economic prospects of the <br />report. I think it is going to be one of the <br />best units of the Missouri River Basin project. <br />It probably will require little, if any, sub- <br />sidy. I think that this will be a very fine <br />project to move forward with economically. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />We have essentially completed the geologic <br />exploration of the Two Forks Project and we are <br />pleased to find that we do have very competent <br />rock that will permit the construction of a <br /> <br />~ <br />
