We attached t'O the mem'Orandum a c'Opy of
a proposed resolution which we believe fulfills
the requirement of the state law and we
recammend that this reselution be adopted. The
resolution is as f'Ollaws:

'WHEREAS, the staff 'Of the Board has re-
viewed said Flaad Plain Inf'Ormati'On Reports and
dOes hereby recammend t'O the ColOrado Water
Conservatian B'Oard that said Baard designate
and apprave the storm or fl'O'Od water run'Off
channels as set f'Orth in said rep'Orts; and

WHEREAS, the Carps 'Of Engineers is present-
ly constructing Chatfield Dam and Reservair and
will in the future be making certain channel
improvements 'On the South Platte River belOW
Chatfield Dam and up en campleti'On of said con-
struction, the Corps 'Of Engineers will modify
Volume I of the Flood Plain Informati'On Rep'Orts.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the
Colorad'O Water Conservati'On Baard in regular
meeting assembled in Denver, Calorada, this
13th day of December, 1967, that it designates
and approves the storm 'Or flood water runoff
channels as set ferth in the Fl'Ood Plain In-
farmatian Reparts for the Denver Metropalitan
Region, V'Olume I, S'Outh Platte River, Water ton
to Bright'On; V'Olume II, Sand, Tell Gate, and
Lower Cherry Creeks; and Volume III, Bear and
Clear Creeks; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Col'Orad'O
Water Canservatian B'Oard that the Inter-County
Regi'Onal Planning C'Ommissian and local juris-
dicti'Ons respansible fer zoning regulati'Ons be
