On the Silt Project, studies are well
advanced. We have submitted our design data
for the Rifle Gap Dam and expect to complete
that definite plan report shortly after the
1st of July.

Under our Feasibility Investigations,
the feasibility report for the Bostwick Park
Project was submitted to the Commissioner in
January, 1961. Revisions in the feasibility
report for the Fruitland Mesa Project have
been completed. We are using tentative data
from the Fish and Wildlife Service and the
report is being held up awaiting the final
official report from the Bureau of Sports
Fisheries and Wildlife. Feasibility investi-
gations for the Animas-La Plata project are
on time. Also the studies on the Dolores
Project are essentially on time and designs
and estimates for the project works, laterals
and systems are completed now. Investiga-
tions on the other feasibility projects are
progressing essentially on schedule. They
include the West Divide, Dallas Creek and San
Miguel projects. We have completed our study
on the Yellow Jacket Project whiCh the State
Water Board and the Yellow Jacket Conservancy
District advanced funds for, and that report
is now in our regional office being finally
checked and getting ready for publication.

As far as reconnaissance studies are con-
cerned, work has been initiated on the Grand
Mesa project. Studies have not yet been
started on the Ruedi Reservoir. As yet we
have not received the funds from the state
and, here, we have signed the contract with
the state but the funds have not actually
been received.

Project, I think, as you gentlemen all recall,
legislation has been introduced for the
