Kremmling-Green Mountain and Kremmling-Gore
Tap system of the transmission system. In-
vitations for bids on the Glen Canyon-Four
Corners section of the system will be opened
March 21st.

As far as the construction progress on
the participating projects, the da~ on the
Paonia Project is nearly 9~~ complete. With
regard to this project, I think you are all
aware that we have an extremely serious water
condition on the western slope. Unless, in
the next forty or fifty days, we get consid-
erable precipitation we will have a very
serious drought condition over there. We are
presently working with the local people to
see if we can provide some temporary storage
in that dam for the coming irrigation season.

On the Smith Fork Project work is con-
tinuing on the dam. The diversion tunnel is
completed and ready now for lining. Work is
progressing in a small way in the construc-
tion of the dam itself.

As to the Florida Project, invitations
for bids for construction of the Lemon Dam on
this project are scheduled for issuance in
April.

On the Collbran Project, which is not a
participating project, bids were opened on
March 2nd for completion of the Upper and
Lower Molina Powerplants and Switchyards. We
also recently awarded a contract for the
small amount of transmission lines connecting
the two powerplants. Bids for construction
of the East Fork Diversion Dam, East Fork
Feeder Canal and the Bonham Dam Rehabilita-
tion will be opened on March 23rd.

That concludes the construction portion.
Now we'll go on to Advance Planning. Under
Advance Planning we have the remaining unit
of the Curecanti Project which is the Crystal
