Project Schedules <br />The survey must be accomplished in a contract time period in order to facilitate the compilation and <br />analysis ofthe data and presentation of the results and products by July 1, 2002, The project must be <br />completed by July 1, 2002, A proposed task perfonnance schedule will be submitted in the proposal. <br /> <br />VI. Deliverable Products <br />1, The contractor will develop a final written and electronic report on the Colorado Water Users Survey. <br />The report and all the collected data will reside on tl\e CWCB website, <br />, <br />2, At a minimum the contractors reporting responsibilities are: monthly written status reports to the <br />project sponsor(s) as tasks 1-6 are completed; and mid-point status briefings to the Advisory <br />Committee and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, <br />3, The contractor will create a Final Report with Recommendations and an Executive Summary which e <br />are accessible through the Intemet. This will provide users with key infonnation about the location and <br />quantities of water in the state, It must include drought year storage capabilities, <br />4, The final report must include limitations that Colorado Water Suppliers and Users must address now <br />to fully address future water supply development. <br />5, The final report must include a report of wet and dr{' cycles from the past 300 years in Colorado, <br />6, The report must also identify entities in need of assistance and make technical assistance <br />, <br /> <br />recommendations, <br /> <br />VII.
