The <br />project offers landscape irrigation audits, at no charge, to <br />single family and multifamily residences, and commercial <br />businesses. In 2005 the CRC performed 1,200 audits for <br />,the following municipalities: Boulder, Longmont, Thornton, <br />,Erie, Lafayette, Westminster, and Golden. The audits assess. <br />irrigation systems and prOVide information and data <br />r~'9arding water use strategies that should result in reduced <br />,water consumption while meeting the desired goals of the <br />:property owner. <br /> <br />Grant <br />, Amount <br />$56,765 <br />, <br /> <br />Slow the Flow is a landscape irrigation audit program. The 1$77,290 <br />project offers landscape irrigation audits, at no charge, to <br />single family and multifamily residences, and commercial <br />businesses. In 2006 Slow the Flow Colorado program is <br />offering 2,000 irrigation audits to the following <br />,municipalities: Aurora, Boulder, Longmont, Thornton, Erie, <br />,Lafayette, Westminster, Greeley, and Golden. The audits <br />assess irrigation systems and provide information and data <br />tI:!Qarding water use strategies that should result in reduced <br />water consumption while meeting the desired goals of the <br />property owner. In addition, Slow the Flow Colorado <br />program will conduct a study (Phase II) which will analyze <br />historic irrigation audit data to calculate actual water-savings I <br />that can be attributed to the audits, thereby supporting the <br />water conservation benefits from such a program. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br />
