Aupperle, and to his son Craig Bonnifield <br />Aupperle. . <br /> <br />There was presented to the Board a letter from Governor John C. Vivian <br />submitting the appointment of George A. Pughe of Craig; .Colorado, a member <br />of this Board, as one of the oommissioners to negotiate a oompaot between <br />the State of Colorado and the State ot' Wyoming respeoting the waters of the <br />Little Snake River. Colorado <br /> <br />"Deoember 18, 1945 <br /> <br />My dear Mr. Stone I <br /> <br />Thi s is to advise the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that I have this day appointed George A. Pughe of Craig. Colorado <br />to represent the State of.Colorado upen a joint oommission oomposed <br />of oommissioners representing the State of Colorado and the State <br />of WYOllling- for the purpose of :making and entering into a oompaot <br />respeoting the waters of the Little 5Mb River. a tributary of the <br />Colorado River. Heretofore Clifford H. Stone has bee!lappointed <br />as a oanmiasioner for the negotiation of such a caliptct on behalf <br />of Colorado, and Kr. Pughe will Aot jointly with him in this work. <br /> <br />It is understood that any OODlptot negotiated by these "om- <br />missioners shall not be binding or obli~atory upon the State of <br />Co1orade until it ehal1 have been ratified by the respeotive Legis- <br />latures of Colorado and Wyoming and approved by the Congress of the <br />United Sta.tes. <br /> <br />This appointment is made pursuant to Seotion 9 of Chapter <br />265 of the Session Laws of Colorado of 1937. .In aooordanoe with <br />Seotion 9 of this Aot, the Colorado Water Conservation Board is <br />hereby requested to approve the appointment of G60rge A.
