' <br /> <br />Upon a vote being taken the motion was unanimously <br />oarried subjeot-to a statement by Judge John B. O'Rourke <br />that he was voti ng in favor of the moti on with the under- <br />stwding that his vote would not oOllllllit him at this time <br />as a representati"" of Western Colorado. to the construotion <br />of the Blue-South Platte diversion projeot. <br /> <br />It 'll&S understood that the reoord show that a vote on the resolution <br />would not oommit any member of the Beard to any pos~tion whioh they might <br />take in the future on the Blue-South Platte projeot. <br /> <br />Thereupon the motion was declared adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Thereupon the BOll.rd took up the question of representation of the State <br />of Colorado at the forthooming meeting of the Upper Basin States of the <br />Colorado River Basin. whioh is expeoted to be oalled in the near future by <br />Governor Hunt of Wyaning. <br /> <br />Af'ter oonsiderable disoussion, it was moved by E.
