OUr Florida Project is now complete.

Construction work is progressing well on
our silt Project. The contractor made sub-
stantial progress this fall but is pretty
well curtailed at the present time. We have
already called for bids on the pump canal, a
feature of the silt Project.

1

Moving on to our small projects, the
Orchard City Irrigation District, I think the
first so-called 'small project' of the recla-
mation program, construction work was initiated
on this project in August and very good progress
has been made to date.

,.:"

As for the general investigation part of
the report, the Dolores project feasibility
report has been adopted by the Secretary on
October 2, 1964, and the report has been sent
out to the states and federal agencies for
review under the Flood Control Act.

We have made good progress on our Dallas
Creek project. As yet we have not received
our formal reports from the corps of Engineers
nor from the Bureau of Sports Fisheries. How-
ever, we have received from both of these
agencies advance figures so that we can go
ahead and we are in the final stages now of
preparing our feasibility report.

On our West Divide Project work is going
along well on this project. We are making a
few changes in this project to include a maxi-
mum amount of storage for M&I water. The
Colorado River Water Conservation District,
phil Smith's Board, have provided funds for
drilling of a hot springs site on the Crystal
River which we will include as an alternative
for additional water for oil shale.

.1

On the San Miguel project, a first go-
round and review of that project, it did not
show the desired feasibility that we felt was
necessary to go forward with that report and
that report is now being reviewed and revised
