<br />Colorado members of said Compact Commission are authorized
<br />~~d requested to sign and execute said Compact for and on
<br />behalf of the State of Colorado.

<br />FURTHER RESOLVED; That the Colorado Water Conservation
<br />Board urges the General- Assembly of the State of Colorado to
<br />ratify such Compact at an early a date as is consistent with
<br />orderly legislative procedure.

<br />posed Compact. Mr. Vinal announced that directors of the Arkansas Valley Ditch
<br />Association had, on' December 3, 1948, adopted a resolution approving the
<br />principles of the proposed Compact, with only a few suggested changes.
