2, People Ditch Companv - People Ditch Diversion Structure Rehabilitation

The People's Ditch Company historically diverted irrigation water from the South Platte River at an existing
diversion point located approximately 6 miles northwest of the Town of Sterling. This existing diversion
structure was damaged during the flood of 1995 and was entirely washed out in 1997, The proposed project is to
construct a new diversion structure along the Bravo Ditch, therefore eliminating the need for the existing
structure, and then construct approximately 1050 Lf. of 24" pipeline to transport the flow from the Bravo Ditch
back to Peoples Ditch, Bravo Ditch has agreed to allow People Ditch to convey their decree flows through their
ditch system and then divert it back to the existing People Ditch by means of the new diversion structure. The
project is tentatively on-hold pending resolution of some specific loan contract requirements,

This $270,000 project is the rehabilitation ofthe Sununit Reservoir Dam outlet works and the repair and
improvements to the Summit Reservoir and Irrigation Company's water collection and distribution facilities. The
Cortez office of Natural Resource Conservation Service prepared the construction plans and specifications,
Construction for the second to the last phase ofin:lprovements commenced in March of 1999, by Noland, Inc" of
Mancos, CO" and was completed in July of 1999, The final phase of improvements is scheduled to be designed
during the winter of 2000/0 1 with construction to follow in the Fall of 200 I, Commencement of construction is
contingent upon resolving project right-of-way issues,

4, Loveland. City of - Green Ridge Glade Reservoir Rehabilitation
Authorization: HB 98-1189 County: Larimer - W, of Loveland
Water Source: Big Thompson River Project Yield: 6,000 acre feet
Terms of Loan: $5,000,000 @4.75% for 10 yrS,Project Type: Dam enlargement

This $19,2 million project is the enlargement of the Green Ridge Glade Reservoir northwest of Loveland. The
project consists of raising the crest of the existing dam approximately 60 feet, construction of a new concrete
labyrinth weir spillway, and new multi-level intake gate tower outlet structure. The City has contracted with
Woodward-Clyde of Denver to prepare the final design and construction contract documents, Environmental
studies have been complete and the City is currently in the process of obtaining the necessary permits to realign
the adjacent County Road. The design is scheduled to be complete by December of 200 1, with construction to
follow in June of2002.

5, Riverside Reservoir and Land Companv - Riverside Reservoir Spillwav Rehabilitation

Terms of Loan: $450,000 @ 3,75% for 20 yrs, Project Type: Spillway Rehabilitation

This project is the construction of an emergency spillway on the Riverside Reservoir Dam, located II miles
northwest of Wiggins in Weld County, The State Engineer has placed a storage
restriction on the reservoir until an emergency spillway is completed, The Riverside Reservoir and Land
Company contracted with W.W, Wheeler and Associates of Denver to prepare construction plans and
specifications. The State Engineer's office and the Riverside Reservoir and Land Company are currently
evaluating alternate spillway sizes, Construction of the project is currently on-hold, pending resolution of the
spillway size and downstream property issues,
