<br />Dirt, out of Longmont, Colorado, who commenced construction in December of 2000 and is approximately 90%
<br />complete. The project is anticipated to be completed by August of2001.

<br />Twin Lakes is an equalizing reservoir that has an existing capacity of 218 acre-feet, located approximately 5 miles
<br />northeast of Boulder. The State Engineer's Office during inspection of the facility determined that an outlet pipe
<br />had deteriorated beyond repair and that a new spillway be incorporated into the reservoir. Given possible
<br />restrictions imposed by the State Engineer's Office, the Boulder and Lefthand Irrigation Company elected to
<br />construct a combined outlet/spillway structure, The new control structure consists of a 30" steel outlet pipe and
<br />headgate, with a 36" drop inlet/spillway structure, Rocky Mountain Consultants, Longmont, Colorado, designed
<br />the project. The project construction was awarded to Kemp-Hoffinan, out of North glenn, Colorado, The
<br />Contractor has completed new outlet control structure, installation of the 30" steel outlet pipe, and is currently
<br />working on raising the dam crest at certain locations The project is approximately 95% complete, The overall
<br />project is anticipated to be completed by August 1,2001.

<br />This project involves the reconstruction of the Julesburg Irrigation District's Peterson Ditch control structure at
<br />Lodgepole Creek. The improvements involve the construction of a new 12-ft. drop chute spillway that drops
<br />flood flows into Lodgepole Creek, and the construction of a water control structure on Peterson Ditch. The water
<br />control structure incorporates a 3-ft. slide gate to direct water into a cutthroat flume to measure augmentation
<br />flows. Concrete Specialties, from Sterling, Colorado was awarded the project and has mobilized on-site and is
<br />approximately 90% complete, The project is anticipated to be complete by August of 200 I,

<br />The existing LaramieIPoudre Tunnel is approximately 2 miles in length, diverting water directly from the Laramie
<br />River and discharging it into Poudre River at a point approximately 60 miles west of Fort Collins, On May 28,
<br />2000, a 400-ft. section of the tunnel collapsed, leaving the tunnel inoperable, The proposed project involves the
<br />construction of new access roads and staging areas at both ends of the tunnel and the repair of the failed tunnel
<br />area, at an estimated cost of $3,200,000, Rocky Mountain Consultants, Longmont, Colorado, has completed the
<br />final design and will be monitoring the project during construction. Robison Construction, Inc" (RCI) the
<br />Contractor, commenced construction in December of 2000, and is tentatively scheduled to be complete in the fall
<br />of 200 1. The project is currently 60% complete,
