Method:

The North Fork Halfmoon Creek hydrograph was derived using a percentage of the flow data
from the stream gage on Halfmoon Creek near Malta, Colorado (ID #07083000). See
hydrograph below. As per the Division 2 Engineer, senior water rights do not present a water
availability problem within this reach of stream. ' .
