The DOW documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a broWn troUt fishery::' <br /> <br />,.-. <br />a <br />.. <br /> <br />'. <br />. Based on the DOW's biological recommendation, flows of! cfs, summer, and 0.75 cfs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. However, the winter instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 0.3 (10/15 - 5/14) based on the water availability analysis. The <br />DOW believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natural environment.- <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. " ~. <br />-' <br /> <br />.
