Motion adopted unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Ratification of Stipulations <br /> <br />a. Case No. 1-82 CW305 - Louisville. South Boulder <br />Creek <br /> <br />Mr. Vandemoer moved. seconded by Mr. Smith. that <br />the Board ratify the proposed stipulation and authorize the <br />staff to maintain the Entry of Appearance until such time as <br />the stipulated decree is executed. Motion adopted unanimously. <br /> <br />b. Case No. 1-80 CW468- City of Lafayette. South <br />Boulder Creek <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In its memorandum to the Board dated January 7. <br />1985. the staff had recommended that the Board ratify the <br />proposed stipulation. expecting finalization of language by the <br />time of the Board meeting. However. language had not been <br />finalized prior to the meeting on January 14. 1985. and the <br />staff recommended no action be taken and the proposed <br />stipulation be tabled. Mr. Lochhead moved. seconded by Mr. <br />Smith. that the case be tabled. The motion was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On the following day (January 15. 1985). Mr. Jeff <br />Kahn of the Attorney General's staff recommended that the Board <br />approve the concept of the stipulation and authorize the staff <br />to work with the applicant and the State Engineer to finalize <br />the precise language. If language agreeable to the applicant <br />and the State Engineer can be firmed up. the Director will be <br />authorized to sign-off for the Board.
