Ratification of Statements of Opposition <br /> <br />a. Case No. 1-84 CW308 - Parmalee and Charles H. Bevin <br /> <br />Mr. Vandemoer moved. seconded by Mr. Smith. that <br />the Board ratify the Statement of Opposition previOUSly filed <br />by the staff and direct the staff to work with the applicant to <br />resolve the Board's concerns. Motion adopted unanimously. <br /> <br />b. Case No. 3-84 CW095 - Richard P. and Teresa D. <br />Inmann <br /> <br />Mr. Wright moved. seconded by Mr. Covert. that the <br />Statement of Opposition previOUSly filed in this case not be <br />pursued and that the staff be authorized to withdraw said <br />Statement of Opposition. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion approved unanimOUSly. <br /> <br />c. Case No. 4-84 CW157 - John H. Copley. Copley Lake <br /> <br />Mr. Vandemoer moved. seconded by Mr. Lochhead. that <br />the Board ratify the Statement of Opposition and direct the <br />staff to submit the proposed stipulation to this case for <br />approval by Mr. Hahn. If the stipulation is acceptable without <br />change. then allow the Attorney General to file the stipulation <br />with the Water Court and proceed to conclude the case. <br /> <br />If the stipUlation is changed. direct the staff to <br />continue to work with Mr. Hahn and his attorney to reach an <br />acceptable stipulation for future Board consideration.
