Phase 1 is <br /> nearly complete. <br />02/24/87 Water Resources Development Act of 1985, <br /> which addresses the issue of advance credit <br /> for cost sharing for flood control projects, <br /> passes. <br />02/24/87 Letter signed by Mayor Farris Bervig and <br /> Chairman (Alamosa County Commissioners) <br /> Jorge Amaya sent to COE as Connal <br /> application for credit on work done and <br /> planned to do and planned to be done on the <br /> levee. Work was coordinated with COE in <br /> order to be comparable with any potential <br /> federal project which may be constructed in <br /> the future. Application submitted with <br /> reference to Section 104 of the Water <br /> Resources Development Act of 1985. <br />
