<br />3.1.3.3 All subdivision proposals shall have adequate <br />drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood <br />damage; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.1.3.4 Base flood elevation data shall be provided <br />for subdivision proposals and other proposed <br />development which contain at least 25 lots or <br />5 acres (whichever is less). <br /> <br />3.2 ,Desiqnated Floodplain District - All land uses and <br />developments other than those related to ~0~ile <br />manufactured homes shall be governed by the following: <br /> <br />3.2.1 ZlIlIer/Yl00~plaill/rlood Conveyance Subdistrict <br />(ZY31 (FCS) . <br /> <br />3.2.1.1 Prohibited Uses - The following uses shall be <br />prohibited in, on or over any part of the <br />ZlIlIer/YloDdplaill Flood Conveyance <br />Subdistrict: <br /> <br />(1) The permanent or temporary human <br />occupation of fixed or ~0~tI0 <br />manufactured structures for residential <br />purposes, including commercial lodging <br />facilities such as boarding houses, . <br />hotels, and motels. <br /> <br />(2) The development or use of public and <br />commercial overnight campgrounds and <br />travel trailer parks. <br /> <br />(3) An obstruction. The term "obstruction" <br />shall not include any device or structure <br />reasonably necessary for the diversion or <br />storage of water or for flood control or <br />prevention, so long as such device, or <br />structure has been appropriately designed <br />and constructed to minimize potential <br />flood hazards. <br /> <br />(4) All uses listed if Section 3.1.1 of these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />3.2.1.2 Allowed Uses <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />All use~ not specifically prohibited shall be <br />special review uses. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
