3.2.1.3 Special Review Uses

All uses not specifically prohibited,
including the placement of any fill material,
shall be special review uses, subject to the
provisions and restrictions of the underlying
zoning district(s). Such special review uses
shall follow the procedures of Section' 4.2.3
of these regulations.

3.2.2 0l1lter/YZ00dplaill Flood Storage Subdistrict

3.2.2.1 Prohibited Uses - The following uses shall be
prohibited in, on, or over any part of the
0l1lter/Yloodplaill Flood Storage Subdistrict:

All uses listed in Section 3.1.1 of these
regulations.

3.2.2.2 Allowed Uses - The following structures and
uses are allowed, subject to the provisions
and restrictions of the underlying zoning
district(s):

(1)

Permanent Residential, indu.trial, and
commercial structures and uses including
commercial lodging facilities and
permanent recreational structures
accessory to recreational uses enumerated
in Section 3.2.2.2 (3) and (4) of these
regulations are allowed provided that:

(i) Any residential or nonresidential
building or structure, whether fixed or
~0~ile manufactured, designed for
human occupancy or the storage of
property, shall be constructed,
located, or improved so that any
external wall is at least fifteen (15)
feet from the stream side of the
FloodYrill~e Storage SubdRistrict.

(ii) The lowest floor, including the
basement, of any such building or
structure shall be at or at above the
regulatory flood protection elevation.

(iii) Floodproofing to or above the
regulatory flood protection elevation
may be substituted for elevating of
commercial, and industrial, structures
except for commercial lOdging
facilities. Floodproofing may not be
