<br />. <br /> <br />3.2.1.3 Special Review Uses <br /> <br />All uses not specifically prohibited, <br />including the placement of any fill material, <br />shall be special review uses, subject to the <br />provisions and restrictions of the underlying <br />zoning district(s). Such special review uses <br />shall follow the procedures of Section' 4.2.3 <br />of these regulations. <br /> <br />3.2.2 0l1lter/YZ00dplaill Flood Storage Subdistrict <br /> <br />3.2.2.1 Prohibited Uses - The following uses shall be <br />prohibited in, on, or over any part of the <br />0l1lter/Yloodplaill Flood Storage Subdistrict: <br /> <br />All uses listed in Section 3.1.1 of these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />3.2.2.2 Allowed Uses - The following structures and <br />uses are allowed, subject to the provisions <br />and restrictions of the underlying zoning <br />district(s): <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Permanent Residential, indu.trial, and <br />commercial structures and uses including <br />commercial lodging facilities and <br />permanent recreational structures <br />accessory to recreational uses enumerated <br />in Section 3.2.2.2 (3) and (4) of these <br />regulations are allowed provided that: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(i) Any residential or nonresidential <br />building or structure, whether fixed or <br />~0~ile manufactured, designed for <br />human occupancy or the storage of <br />property, shall be constructed, <br />located, or improved so that any <br />external wall is at least fifteen (15) <br />feet from the stream side of the <br />FloodYrill~e Storage SubdRistrict. <br /> <br />(ii) The lowest floor, including the <br />basement, of any such building or <br />structure shall be at or at above the <br />regulatory flood protection elevation. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(iii) Floodproofing to or above the <br />regulatory flood protection elevation <br />may be substituted for elevating of <br />commercial, and industrial, structures <br />except for commercial lOdging <br />facilities.
