Stream and Lake Protection - Pending Recreational In-channel Diversion (RICD) <br />Applications - Upper Gunnison Water Conservancy District <br />Track 4, Start/Stop: 2:37:20-2:51 :00 <br />Action: The Staff requested that the Board confirm: the Director's appointment of <br />Felicity Hannay as the hearing coordinator for the UGRWCD and Pueblo <br />RICDs, and the Director's appointment of Dan McAuliffe as the alternate <br />hearing coordinator for these matters. The Staff also requested that the Board <br />confirm that the Staff should continue to work with the UGRWCD and the <br />affected water users to try to develop proposed decrees that satisfy the <br />requirements of Senate Bill 216 and the CWCB rules promulgated thereunder. <br />In addition, the Staff requested that this Board encourage the Hearing <br />Coordinator to schedule the UGRWCD hearing in conjunction with the <br />September Board meeting, in Gunnison.
