I think it would be entirely <br />appropriate to entertain a motion that the <br />staff and director of this Board be author- <br />ized and directed to meet with the committee <br />of the Division of Natural Resources." <br /> <br />"I'm glad you put it in this context. <br />I won't offer such a motion yet but stand by." <br /> <br />"I'd like now to call on Mr. Geissinger <br />to discuss not all your proposals at this <br />time but your proposals that are covering the <br />same field as the bill Mr. Sparks and the <br />staff have put together. The legislature appropriated the <br />money, as I recall. to the Division of <br />Natural Resources and it contracted this <br />work to Mr. Geissinger. Mr. Ten Eyck is. in <br />effect, the head of the committee and he has <br />just delegated these awesome responsibilities <br />to others under contract. <br /> <br />If you will address yourself.
