STAPLETON: <br /> <br />operations for the relocated county roads and <br />dam and abutments. <br /> <br />The land acquisition program is progress- <br />ing for lands required for Sugar Loaf Dam and <br />Turquoise Lake enlargement and Pueblo Dam and <br />Reservoir, including the railroad relocation. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On March 29, 1966, Bureau of Reclamation <br />personnel met with the Board of Directors of <br />the Twin Lakes Reservoir and Canal Company <br />at Ordway, Colorado, to discuss Bureau policies <br />and procedures used in acquiring property. <br /> <br />Nork is in progress on an inventory of <br />reports for the Upper Arkansas River Basin <br />from various state, local, and federal agencies <br />in an attempt to compile current data on water <br />resource development within the basin. <br /> <br />Regarding the Trinidad project. the Purga- <br />toire River Water conservancy District has <br />presented to the various ditch companies drafts <br />of proposed agreements which will serve to <br />support the District's master contract with the <br />Government for repayment of Trinidad project <br />costs allocated to irrigation. <br /> <br />All construction activities were com- <br />pleted on the Archer Substation and the Hayden- <br />Archer 230-kv. transmission line. This com- <br />pletes all work under the contract except minor <br />cleanup and installation of supervisory control <br />and other miscellaneous electrical equipment. <br /> <br />I think that completes the summary of our <br />report.
