I checked that yesterday and <br />they are right on schedule on all items." <br /> <br />"One other thing on Bear Creek. You and <br />I, I know, have discussed the Mount Carbon <br />flood control project. HOW did the High\~ay <br />Department get left out of the planning? They were wondering what our plans <br />were in the Mount Carbon area since they were <br />planning highway construction through there <br />at this time.
