About 76,200 acre-feet of water <br />annually would be available for municipal and <br />industrial use. The project would also pro- <br />vide benefits for recreation and fish and <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Dolores project feasibility report <br />has been approved by the Bureau of the Budget <br />and submitted to the Congress. <br /> <br />Following the usual review at the field <br />level, the Dallas Creek project proposed <br />report was revised. On March 11, 1966, the <br />feasibility report was circulated for review <br />under provisions of the Flood Control Act of <br />1944. <br /> <br />The West Divide project feasibility <br />report is in essentially the same status as <br />the Dallas Creel, report. The report was <br />circulated for review under provisions of the <br />Flood Control Act of 1944. <br /> <br />On March 11, 1966, the San Miguel feasi- <br />billity report was circulated for review under <br />provisions of the Flood Control Act of 1944. <br /> <br />On the Basalt project the contractor has <br />initiated work for aerial topographic mapping <br />of the Basalt conduit. Funds for this work <br />were contributed by the State. <br /> <br />Agricultural economy, water supply <br />studies, geologic studies, and preparation <br />of design data for project canals are in I <br />progress on the Battlement Mesa project. <br />Design data for Owens Dam, Buzzard Creek Dam, <br />and the Colorado Canal and Diversion Dam has <br />been completed preparatory to undertaking <br />feasibility designs and estimates. A proposed <br />feasibility report is scheduled for completion <br />in mid FY 1967. <br />
