The ccntract fer constructicn cf Azctea Tunnel and appurte-
nant structures is abcut 40 percent ccmplete. The contract for con-
structicn cf Blancc Tunnel Diversion Dam, and appurtenant structures
is abcut 40 percent ccmplete. The ccnstructicn cf El Vade Dam cut-
let wcrks is abcut 82 percent complete. The contract for ccnstruc-
ticn cf the Oso Tunnel is abcut 1.5 percent ccmplete.

The ccntract for ccnstructicn cf the Main canal head-
wcrks and the 2 miles of Tunnel Nc. 1 is abcut 76 percent ccmplete.
The ccntract fer ccnstructicn cf a part cf the Main Canal and the
5 miles cf Tunnel Nc. 2 is abcut 44 percent ccmplete."

"We have quite a group from the U.S.G.S.
wc~eing in the area around here sc we had them
all come over. I would IDee to intrcduce first

gist frcm cur office in Denver, Frank Bell. I

"I came, net as a member of the u.S.G.s.,

Don Albin, his assistant; Bcb Brennan who is
prcject Chief of the Quality of Water office
in Denver. I think that is all cf them that
are here.

On cur repcrt fer the Beard, as usual the
runcff ccnditicns during the summer mcnths were
qui te variable throughcut the state. Some
flccd damage occurred in isolated areas where
severe thunderstorms caused lccal flooding.
Water supplies fer the first 11 mcnths cf the
water year have varied from about 60% of normal
tc near ncrmal based on the 3D-year reference
