completicn date for the propcsed feasibility
report is February 1967. Appendices have been
ccmpleted in draft form fer prcject Lands, Drain-
age, Plan Fcrmulaticn, and Agricultural Econcmy. I
preparaticn of the Designs and Estimates, Oper-
ation and Maintenance, and Financial and Econcmic
Appendices is under way.

Water supply studies and agricultural eco.
ncmic studies are in progress on the Bluestone
prcject. As tentatively planned, the Bluestcne
prcject wculd prcvide water for the irrigaticn
cf about 1,850 acres cf full service land and
3,430 acres cf supplemental service land and
would develop about 12,000 acre-feet of munici-
pal and industrial water. Excess flows of Roan
and Parachute Creeks would be stcred in the 8,500
acre-foot Mt. Logan and 8,700 acre-foct Para-
chute Reservoirs. Feeder canals are required as
beth reservcir sites are cffstream. Water re-
leases would be made for irrigaticn and municipal
and industrial uses. The Sharrard Park area cf
the prcject wculd be served by twc pump lifts
frcm the Cclcradc River with the initial lift
criginating at the end cf a canal to be ccn-
structed by ncn-federal interests.

Water supply and plan fcrmulaticn studies
are in prcgress for the Grand Mesa Project.
Tcpcgraphic maps cf the Electric Mcuntain ser-
vice canal lcc3tion are being received frcm the
ccntractcr but some cf these are being returned
fer ccrrecticn and better delineaticn cf physi-
cal features. A propcsed feasibility report is
scheduled for completion late in FY 1968.

Investigaticns of the Yellcw Jacket prcject
are prcceeding abcut on schedule. Drafts cf I
Project Lands and Drainage appendices have been
ccmpleted and are being reviewed. Design data
are being assembled for all prcject features.
