Totals, federal <br />cost $1,054,400; nonfederal $682,400; total <br />first cost $1,736,800; annual O&M nonfedera1 <br />$18,640. (*Includes $491,000 cash contribu- <br />tion toward construction.) <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On the Arkansas River below John Martin <br />Dam preauthorization planning, investigations <br />and studies for flood control and related <br />purposes are being continued in the Arkansas <br />River subbasin from John Martin Dam to Great <br />Bend, Kansas, in cooperation with local in- <br />terests, state, and other federal agencies. <br />In Colorado, consideration is being given to <br />
