put to the Bureau? This is the .time if you would
like to get some of these elusive questions ans-
wered. This is how we do it. I am sure they
would be happy to answer any questions. If not,
thanks very much, gentlemen.

In connection with the Narrows project I
would like to announce the formation of the steer-
ing committee for this project. As the members
of the Board will recall, at a meeting of the
Board in January if I remember cOJ;'rectiy, Mr.
Miller, Mr. Sparks and myself wefe authorized and
directed to have this steering committee organized
and we have done so with the following members:

From Weld County, Hugh Sloan of Keenesburg;
Adams County, Melvin Sarchet, Ft. Lupton; Logan
County, Dave Hamil, Sterling; Gedgwick County,
W. Bancroft Davis, Julesburgl Morgan County,
Cecil Osborne, Riverside Irrigation District,
Fort Morgan; City and County of Denver, Glenn
Saunders, Denver Water Board; Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District, Bob Barkley, Love-
land; Denver Metropolitan Area, Mark Shivers,
Englewood; Larry Sparks representing this Board
and the State of Colorado; Mr. Knights represent-
ing the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation; and Russell
Wiethop of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Omaha.

Larry has gone over this matter in great
detail with everyone Of the units invQlved and
we have every confidence that this.steering com-
mittee will be able to save valuable time in
working out the diff~rences and coming to a
complete understanding of all parties in regard
to this problem.

add about that steering committee?"

made. I should say first of all I'm happy to be
