Present were Salazar, Harrison, Smith, Jackson, Martineau, Sheftel, Eisel, <br />Wright, Simpson, and Lile. Patricia Bangert represented Gale Norton, AG. Lochhead, <br />Meyring and Olson were absent. Lochhead returned before 12:10 p.m. <br /> <br />22. Out of Basin Transfer Scoping Analysis (11:43 a.m. - 12:37 p.m.) <br /> <br />Gene Jencsok reviewed the legislative requirement for a scoping analysis on out of basin <br />water transfer issues. Maureen Maxwell of the Water Resources Research Institute <br />reviewed a proposed outline of issues for water transfer supply analysis. Discussion <br />. followed by Jackson, Harrison, Eisel, Lile, Salazar, Jencsok, Maxwell, Evans, Martineau, <br />Wright, Simpson, and ShefteL There was consensus to hold a two day water <br />conference/workshop in Denver sponsored by the CWCB in early January 1993. The <br />purpose of the conference to provide a forum for open discussion of the basin of origin <br />questions and metro water alternatives. Chairman Martineau recessed the meeting at <br />12:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Recess (12:37 - 2:05 p.m.) <br /> <br />Lunch <br /> <br />Tuesdav Afternoon. November 10. 1992 <br /> <br />29. Call to Order (2:05 p.m.) <br /> <br />Chainnan Martineau called the meeting back to order at 2:05 p.m. and there was a <br />quorum. Present were Salazar, Harrison, Smith, Martineau, Lochhead, Eisel, Meyring, <br />Simpson, and Lile. Norton arrived at 2:33 and left at 4:42 p.m. Jennifer Gimbel <br />represented Gale Norton after 4:42 p.m. Peter Evans represented Ken Salazar from 2:25 <br />to 2:48 p.m. Eisel left at 2:47 and returned at 4:50 p.m. Simpson was absent from 2:47 <br />to 3:17 p.m. Olson was absent. <br /> <br />29a. <br /> <br />NCWCD . Southern Supply Pipeline (added) (2:06 - 2:20 p.m.) <br /> <br />Fred Anderson, representing the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. discussed <br />financial packaging with the Board and the CWR&PDA for a major raw water pipeline <br />to supply Broomfield. Hudson, Ft. Lupton, and other communities. Currently these <br />communities are unable to bond through the Authority. Questions were asked by Jackson, <br /> <br />Nov. 1992 Meeting, page 13 <br />
