The pas was <br />developed to systematically evaluate project requirements and tailor the end product to meet these <br />requirements. The process is built on identifying needs, then collecting information and developing <br />solutions in a series of well-defined steps. The process will utilize valued feedback from the Ryan <br />Gulch Reservoir Company (Company) and the CWCB to evaluate progress and reassess results, The <br />schedule is based on the assumption that the contract award will take place on or before July 15, <br />1998 and the completion date of August 31, 1998. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The feasibility study will address structural and non structural solutions for the spillway rehabilitation. Tbe <br />selected alternative developed during tbe feasibility study will go into final design and construction. <br /> <br />STUDY OBJECTIVE <br />The objective of the study is to select a financially sound alternative to rehabilitate Ryan Gulch Spillway, <br />which will enable them to deliver tbeir full water decree in a safe and expeditious manner to meet their <br />shareholders present and future water requirements. <br /> <br />DETAILED WORK TASKS <br />The following POS is based on seven (7) major activities. Each task will result in the preparation of one or <br />more deliverables tbat will be submitted for review and approval in accordance with the attached schedule. <br />The task descriptions are arranged in the order of their perfonnance with the exception of Task 7 Coordination <br />Meetings.
