I don't know whether <br />all the Board members saw an item in the <br />newspapers recently concerning the project, <br />that all of Colorado's Congressmen and in- <br />cluding our two Senators, jointly sponsored <br />a bill authorizing the Fryingpan Project. <br />It was introduced in Congress just this <br />past Monday. We anticipate that introduc- <br />tion at this time will permit the very early <br />consideration of the project at the second <br />session of the present Congress which con- <br />venes in January." <br /> <br />"We will now go to item 4 on the agenda - <br />the Curecanti Project resolution which was <br />suggested the Board consider at this meeting. <br />The proposed resolution is as follows: <br />
