Meeting Minutes, Item 20). During design of
the proposed wastewater pipeline, a conflict was discovered between the
proposed pipeline and an existing stormwater pipeline located near the
intersection of Belleview Avenue and the Frontage Road. In order to construct
the proposed wastewater pipeline, It will be necessary to relocate the existing
stormwater pipeline. Because the land adjacent to the river is owned by CWCB,
an easement from CWCB would be required to construct the new stormwater
pipeline.

Relocation of the stormwater pipeline will not increase stormwater flow to the
river. The existing pipeline currently discharges to a larger stonnwater pipeline
located along Belleview Avenue, which then discharges to the river. The
Belleview pipeline will remain in service, and flow from the relocated pipeline will
be discharged to the river at a point approximately 350 feet south of the existing
discharge near 8eUeview.

To detennine the size required for the relocated pipeline, a drainage study was
performed on the area served by the relocated pipeline. A copy of the drainage
study is enclosed for your review. The drainage study includes two exhibits that
show the drainage basins involved, stormwater flows, and the general location of
the easement required from CWCB.

.

In addition to eliminating the conflict with the proposed wastewater pipeline.
relocation of the stormwater pipeline will improve drainage in the area now

6222 X.
