<br />November 12, we are scheduled to meet in Denver and I would hope that <br />Larry can plan for us to have luncheon at that time to honor our <br />retiring members, Quincy Cornelius and Hugh Pickrel. <br /> <br />To get into the agenda items, you received the minutes of the Board <br />meeting on December 4, 1974 and February 26,' 1975. We will take both <br />those minutes together. Are there any additions or corrections to the <br />minutes as submitted to the Board? If not, may I entertain a motion <br />that~they be approved as submitted? <br /> <br />MR. FORD: I so move. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MR. VANDEMOER: Second. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: It's been regularly moved and seconded that the minutes <br />of the meetings of December 4, 1974 and February 26, 1975 be approved <br />as submitted. STAPLETON: The minutes are ordered approved as submitted. <br /> <br />Now, I would like to call on Dave Crandall, director of the Upper Colo- <br />rado Region in Salt Lake City to give us a status report on the Animas- <br />La Plata, Dolores and San Miguel Projects. <br /> <br />MR. CRANDALL: Mr. Chairman, Members of the Board, Ladies and Gentlemen: <br /> <br />I have taken the liberty of enlarging on your agenda items to include <br />an overall review of matters that may be of interest to you concerning <br />reclamation in the Upper Colorado Region. <br /> <br />We do have a summary in outline form as to pertinent facts concerning <br />our activities since-'we".lailt met. (Mr. Crandall then gave the following <br />report on reclamation projects in western Colorado): <br /> <br />Reservoir Operations <br /> <br />1. Water outlook in general <br /> <br />A.
