It is under review in both the Regional Office
and some of the designs in the Chief Engineer's
Office here in Denver.

The Yellow Jacket, Battlement Mesa, Blue-
stone and Grand Mesa Projects are all on
schedule. We have completed arrangements on
the Grand Mesa Project to work out a coopera-
tive mapping program with your Board and the
Geological Survey which will be helpful in
completing that project report.

One other item in here, our small Recla-
mation Program, I think the first small project
in the State of Colorado, is moving along. All
items have been completed. Funds are available
to advance to the Orchard Mesa Irrigation Dis-
trict and they have moved ahead with their
designs and estimates and I think they are
about ready now for final review by the Bureau
to get the final OK to move ahead and call for
bids.

As Jim has mentioned, there have been
many items on which a liaison has been worked
out and kept active between the Regions and
your Water Board, such as matters on the Fry-
ingpan-Arkansas, federal litigation and those
other matters. We have also worked on all of
those items.

I believe that completes my report. Are

the Crystal Unit of the Curecanti."

"Well, we assume that is in the construc-
tion status. Funds are in the budget for
that unit of the Curecanti Project. We are
attempting to do our final drilling to deter-
mine the exact location of the dam. There
are still two sites that are being considered;
