shown on Sheet 12 of the said report;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colo~ado Water
conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,
this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby rescind the 100-
year floodplain designation for the south Fork of Lee Gulch as
shown on Sheet 12 of the said report; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board
is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
city of Littleton, the Board of county Commissioners of Arapahoe
county, the Urban Drainage and Flood control District, and the
Federal Insurance Administration.

Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at
