A replacement is to be <br /> <br />appointed in conjunction with 3 expiring terms in May. <br /> <br />Chairman Stapleton then called on Mr. Kroeger for an ad- <br /> <br />ditional agenda matter. Mr. Kroeger offered a resolution.concernQ <br /> <br />ing Wayne Aspinal~s' public service. <br /> <br />"Whereas Wayne N. Aspinal' has servXERed Yi th distinction <br /> <br />in the legislative gody of the state and country for many years <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Whereas Wayne N. Aspina11 did through his legislative <br /> <br />service, unfailingly support in advance the water resource <br /> <br />development programs which are essential to the well being of <br /> <br />the Upper Colorado River Basin state and <br /> <br />Whereas Wayne N. Aspinal~ was as a member of the U.S. House <br /> <br />of Representatives instrumental in obtaining the passage of the <br /> <br />legislation which authorized Colorado WRRwhereas Senator Gary <br /> <br />Hart, Colorado, has introduced a bill which would rename the Curecanti <br /> <br />unit of the Colorado River storage project in honor of Wayne N. <br /> <br />Aspinalt. <br />
