All grant applications have been scheduled for <br />review by the finance committee in December, with final presentation to the Board for <br />authorization at the January Board meeting, After the initial application of the policy is <br />complete in January, and if the Board feels changes to the policy are appropriate, it can <br />be revised at the discretion of the Board, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Board approve Policy #14 - Approval and Prioritization of <br />Grant Applications from the Construction Fund and Severance Tax Trust Fund <br />Operational Account, and establish the membership of the finance committee as outlined <br />in the policy, <br /> <br />NovOO item9aPolicy#14,doc <br />
