Thereafter, UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE <br />5 BY ALL PARTIES TO A HEARING OR UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE <br />6 DISTRICT DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, A HEARING SHALL BE <br />7 HELD WITHIN ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY DAYS AFTER FILING THE REQUEST FOR <br />8 SUCH A HEARING. Upon thirty days' written notice to all adverse parties, <br />9 the district shall conduct a hearing upon the matter. Hearing procedures <br />10 shall be as infonnal as possible, with dlle regard for the rights of the <br />11 parties. All parties shall have the right to subpoena witnesses and to be <br />12 heard either in person or by attorney. The district board may have such <br />13 hearings conducted before an agent or hearing officer. After such <br />14 hearing, the district board shall issue a written decision containing its . <br />15 findings and conclusions and shall serve its decision upon alIparties by <br />16 first-class mail. Judicial review of such district decisions may be taken <br />17 in the manner and governed by the standards set forth for review of <br />18 commission and state engineer decisions in section 37-90-115. <br />19 (2) Subject to review by the ground water commission pursuant <br />20 to subsection (1) of this section, the board may institute control measures <br />21 OR REGULATIONS to prescribe satisfactOlY and economical measuring <br />22 methods for the measurement of water levels in and the amount of water <br />?~ \vithdrawn from wells and to require reports to be made at the end of each <br />-.) <br />24 pumping season showing the date and water level at the beginning of the <br />7- pumping season, the date and water level at the end of the pumping <br />~) <br />26 season, and any period of more than thirty days cessation of pumping <br /> . <br /> \ <br /> <br />-24- <br />
