SECTION 16. Appropriation. In addition to. any other

15 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the
16 division of water resources ground water management cash fund created
17 in section 37-80-111.5 (I) (d), Colorado Revised Statutes, not othenvise
18 appropriated.. to the department of natural resources, for allocation to the
19 di'vision of water resources. for the fiscal year beginning July I, 1998, the
20 sum of two hundred forty thousand dollars (S240,000) and 6.0 HE, or so
21 much thereof as may be necessary, for the administration of aniele 90 of
22 title 37, Colorado Re'vised Statutes.
23 SECTION 17. Effective date. This act shall take effect at 12:01
24 a. m. on the day following the expiration of the ninety-day period after
25 [mal adjournment of the general assembly that is allowed for submitting
