<br />. <br /> <br />I <br />2 <br /> <br />CONSERVATION measures are necessary in order to ensure the proper <br />conservation of ground water within the district, it shall confer with the <br /> <br />3 ground water commission and ground water users within the district. No <br /> <br />4 eeflt:rel SUCH measures OR REGULATIONS shall be instituted until after a <br /> <br />5 public hearing. Notice of such hearing shall be published. Such notice <br /> <br />6 shall state the time and place of the hearing and in general terms the <br /> <br />7 corrective measures OR REGULATIONS proposed.
