SECTION 13. The introductOlY portion to 37-90-130 (2),

3 Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended, and the said 37-90-130 is further

4 amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION, to read:

37-90-130. Management districts - board of directors.

6 (2) After the issuance of any fimd WELL permit for the use of ground
7 water within the district by the ground water commission as provided in
8 section SECTIONS 37-90-107 AND 37-90-108, the district board has the

9 authority to regulate the use, control, and conservation of the ground
10 water of the district covered by such ftftttfp~rmit by anyone or more of
II the following methods, but the proposed controls, regulations, or
12 conservation measures shall be subject to review and final approval by
13 the ground water commission if objection is made in accordance with

14

section 37-90-131:

15 (4) AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF ANY WELL PERMIT FOR A. SMALL
16 CAPACITY WELL WITHIN THE DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 37-90-105.
] 7 THE DISTRICT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE

18 TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF THE GROUND WATER

19 ALLOWED BY SUCH PERMIT TO ENSURE THAT SUCH USE IS WITHIN THE

20 SCOPE OF WHAT IS ALLOWED BY SECTION 37-90-105 AND THE WELL
21 PERMIT.
22 SECTION 14. 37-90-131, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended

23. to read:
