<br />I <br /> <br />capacity in Fontenelle Reservoir pursuant to <br />Title III of the Water Supply Act of 1958. <br />Recently the state entered into a contract <br />with Sun Oil Company providing for a 10-year <br />option to that company for 25,000 acre-feet <br />of water annually. <br /> <br />Under our investigations program, we are <br />still awaiting receipt of comments from our <br />Washington office on our June 1967 Battlement <br />Mesa proposed feasibility report. Upon re- <br />ceipt of these comments, the report will be <br />revised and transmitted to Washington for <br />further action. <br /> <br />Under the Basalt Project, our land <br />classification and drainage field work on <br />.the project has been completed. Water supply <br />and plan formulation studies have been under- <br />taken. The proposed feasibility report is <br />scheduled for completion in FY 1972. <br /> <br />On the Bluestone Project the financial <br />and economic analysis has been completed and <br />all the other appendices are completed and <br />in the review process. We have our report <br />well under way and it should be completed <br />this summer. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Assembly of design data is in progress <br />on most of the project features of the Grand <br />Mesa Project preparatory to initiating feasi- <br />bility designs and estimates. The proposed <br />feasibility report is scheduled for completion <br />at the end of FY 1970. Cooperative studies <br />with the Forest Service, Bureau of Outdoor <br />Recreation, and the Colorado Division of <br />Game, Fish and Parks on the recreational and <br />fishery aspects of the project plan are con- <br />tinuing. <br /> <br />Feasibility investigations are progress- <br />ing satisfactorily on the Lower Yampa proj- <br />ect, or Juniper Project as we used to call <br />it.
