Water Supply Planning and Finance - En-bloc- Non-reimbursable Investment <br />Recommendations - Technical Assistance to Covered Entities <br />Tape 4, Track 3 0-4:00 <br />Action: A motion was made by Greg Hoskin with a second by Carolyn McIntosh for <br />staff recommendation (written as proposed statutory language): <br />(1) The Colorado Water Conservation Board is authorized to expend up to <br />$295,000 from the Construction Fund to conduct the technical assistance to <br />covered entities. <br />(2) Unexpended funds shall revert to the Construction Fund on June 30, 2005 <br />or upon the action of the Board, whichever event takes place first. <br /> <br />Motion approved 8-0.
