Water Supply Planning and Finance -Lower Arkansas Water Management Association <br />Loan Payment Deferral Request <br />Tape 4, Track 3 25:00 - 30:00 <br />Action: A motion was made by Greg Hoskin with a second by Eric Wilkinson for <br />staff recommendation that the Board adopt a resolution to approve the Lower <br />Arkansas Water Management Association's request for financial relief by <br />granting a one-year 100% deferment of their May 1,2003 contract #C153715 <br />loan payment in the amount of $122,000 their July 1,2003 contract #C153756 <br />loan payment in the amount of $7,718 and their November 1,2003 contract <br />#CI53678 loan payment in the amount of $8,114. The deferred interest <br />amount of each loan will be added to the current loan balance that will then be <br />re-amortized over each loan's remaining life.
